How does Alter Office differ from other Business Centers or leased offices?

What are the advantages of working in a Business Center compared to renting a conventional office?

The main advantage of opting for a Business Center is that it does not require the initial investment involved in renting a conventional office, reducing the financial risk when starting or expanding a business. Without having to invest in furniture, technical facilities, technology, or administrative staff, it is possible to access a variety of solutions, paying only for the services used each month. Thus, both the cost and installation time are reduced, allowing each client to immediately focus on growing their business.

What does each plan include?

Alter Office plans offer everything necessary for the operation of a workplace, including high-speed internet and Wi-Fi connection, technical and IT support, 24-hour security and monitoring system, access to common lounge, climate control, coffee station, cleaning service, concierge, 24-hour access, and bilingual professional reception staff.

Additionally, it is possible to access a wide variety of services for an additional cost, such as access to meeting rooms, scanning and photocopying center, audiovisual equipment, secretarial and administrative services, personalized telephone answering, phone calls, video conferencing system, corporate catering service, mail handling, and business and tax address.

What can I do if I need more office space?

As a client of Alter Office, you can request the addition of new workstations or relocation to a larger office, and request new services according to your needs at any given time.

What is the minimum and maximum time to contract each plan?

Virtual Work Office: 6 or 12-month plans
Open Work Office: Monthly plans, minimum 1 month
Smart Meeting Room: 1 hour
Alter Terrace: Minimum 3 hours

How much time do I need to set up and start using the services?

It requires 48 business hours from the moment the contract is signed with Alter Office.

Will I need office furniture?

Alter Office offices are fully furnished, using desks and chairs of elegant design and high-quality standards. Additionally, IP telephony service and wired and Wi-Fi Internet connectivity are provided, also offering document printing options. You will need nothing more than to set up and start working.

What are the requirements for renting a meeting room?

Meeting rooms are available to the general public. Alter Office clients with monthly contracts only need to reserve the room of their preference through the website platform or via telephone. Those who are not stable clients can reserve these spaces for the number of hours they consider convenient, in person or by phone, making payment in advance to confirm their reservation.

How is the payment for the plan and different services used made?

Each month, billing is done, which includes the base value of the contracted plan plus the different additional services used during the period. Payment can be made through web pay system – in the case of clients with a contract – electronic transfer, debit or credit bank cards, check, or cash.
